SHIPPING OF PRODUCTS TO YOUR HOME
Amphora ships your products throughout Chile. The delivery time of your order is 2 to 5 business days once the payment has been validated with Mercado Pago. This excludes holidays, exceptional states and commercial milestones (Cyber, Black Friday and Christmas) where it can take up to 10 business days. We do not process or ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.
Delivery time varies depending on the geographic location of the destination address.
Shipping will be done after confirmation of purchase. The purchase is confirmed via email.
Once your order is shipped, we will notify you by email with a tracking number for the transfer order (OT), with which you can enter the Chilexpress or Correos de Chile portal to check the status of your order.
Delivery hours are Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. and Saturdays from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Due to transport companies' regulations and regulations on dangerous cargo, it is important to note that we cannot ship perfume products to the following communes: Balmaceda, Chile Chico, Cisnes, Cochrane, La Junta, Natales, Porvenir, Puerto Aysén, Puerto Chacabuco, Puerto Cisnes, Punta Arenas, Rio Ibáñez.

SECURITY MEASURES FOR ORDER DELIVERY
Interaction with customers:
Maintain current service model without hand-to-hand greeting and without any physical contact.
Ask customers to respect the 1.5-meter distance when being served.
Delivery routine:
Orders will be left on the floor or on a surface instead of delivering them directly by hand. This is to protect the health of our customers and our collaborators.
We will stop requesting a signature as confirmation of delivery, recording only the name, ID number and phone number of the recipient, to prevent the smartphone we use from being a vector of transmission.
To the extent that circumstances allow and that this does not violate the privacy of our customers, a photograph must be taken as an additional record of the delivery.
Comply with prevention and hygiene measures such as hand washing after each withdrawal process.
STORE PICKUP
Consider up to 7 business days after making the purchase for it to be available for pickup. If you made a purchase with express store pickup, you can pick it up within 3 hours (this excludes holidays, exceptional states and commercial milestones such as Cyber and Christmas).
It is important that once you receive a confirmation email that your purchase is ready, you can go pick it up. You should only go to the store to pick up your purchase if you received the confirmation email.
After customers are notified via email that their purchase is available to be picked up at the selected store, they have 5 days to pick up their order, after which the refund process will begin. To resolve your queries, write to us at our email shop@amphora.cl.
The purchase can be picked up as long as the same person who bought it goes to the selected store with their ID card or indicates at the time of making the purchase the RUT and full name of the person they want to pick up.
The person who is going to pick up the order must show up with the order number and ID card.
